Dominic is the Chief Delivery Officer for Jonckers and their AI cloud translation platform WordsOnline. Dominic brings significant international leadership experience to the team. He has held executive positions in the Technology, Platform and Services industries including working as the President of Global Language Solutions with SDL plc. (now part of RWS) He has also had considerable involvement in multiple acquisitions and subsequent integrations.

Nicola has enjoyed working in international B2B marketing for over 20 years in marketing consulting, business services, IT and engineering.

Melissa Kane joined us as the Vice President of Community Management at JONCKERS in November 2019. Mel has spent 20+ years working in the localization industry with experience across human and machine translation, language technology, supply chain management, and online communities. Mel continues to put people first by fostering collaborative, trust-based relationships with necessary communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in order to optimize the service provision for our customers with a strong emphasis on ensuring that our linguistic community can prosper and successfully drive our service offering.

Jason joins Jonckers as the VP Sales, US. He is focused on growing premium revenue and enhancing the experience for customers while driving sales strategy and market development. Jason is a solutions-driven leader with over 18 years in sales and sales leadership roles, including almost 10 years in the language services and technology industry. Jason will continue to assist organizations across many different industries to break down barriers and set them up for long-term success in a competitive global market. Jason forms a welcome addition to our expanding marketing and sales team.

Kevin Ross was attracted to Jonckers because of it’s unique and disruptive approach to localization. The traditional and old localisation processes are not keeping up with the digital tsunamis taking place in every industry, and needed a shake up. Jonckers has identified and built the capability that is set to become the tidal change the industry has been expecting. Kevin brings over 15 years in Sales Management having held international leadership roles across Europe, Asia and Japan at SDL, HP, IBM, etc. Most recently he’s lived in Sydney, Tokyo, and Shanghai and is now residing in the UK. His multi-faceted leadership career has seen him gaining experience in sales leadership positions spanning all disciplines in SaaS Technology and Services. He also has a very strong eCommerce background in the retail, fashion, manufacturing, and high-tech industries, where he will focus on elevating new customers by breaking down the barriers to international business, especially through language. Kevin is a collaborative leader, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and success, and forms a welcome addition to our expanding marketing and sales team.
